This role is pivotal in overseeing the global lease accounting function, ensuring compliance with ASC 842, and maintaining the integrity of financial reporting. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Manager, Lease Accounting:

• Provide strategic leadership for the global lease accounting function, ensuring consistent application of ASC 842 across all regions and entities. • Manage global lease processes, including timely and accurate reporting, adhering to US GAAP and internal controls. • Lead the review and interpretation of complex lease arrangements, offering technical accounting guidance. • Oversee global lease schedules and ensure data integrity within the Lease Accounting Application. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate lease data capture and contract compliance.

Required Skills for Manager, Lease Accounting:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and CPA certification (preferred).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in lease accounting, with in-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience managing a team and providing performance feedback.
• Proficiency in using FinQuery Lease software and corporate accounting environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
