IDR is seeking a Business Development Representative to join one of our top clients in Rexburg, Idaho. This role is pivotal in driving growth by generating new business opportunities and fueling the sales pipeline within the healthcare technology sector. Position Overview / Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and support the sales team to drive success.

Collaborate with the Manager of Business Development and other stakeholders to understand the competitive landscape and communicate the value proposition to prospective clients.

Utilize CRM systems to create and nurture new contacts and leads, building a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of accounts and interactions, ensuring a smooth transition of qualified leads to the Account Executive team.

Provide feedback on programs and processes to support continuous optimization and improvement.

Required Skills

Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone and through email.

Familiarity with B2B sales and marketing activities, with a willingness to grow in these areas.

Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and educate prospects in a consultative manner.
