We are seeking an experienced EDI / ITX Integration Developer with deep expertise in IBM Transformation Extender (ITX/ITXA) and strong Java-based integration skills. This hybrid role combines healthcare EDI development with enterprise integration, requiring hands-on work with X12 transactions, XML/WSDL/SOAP, and middleware platforms.
Requirements for the EDI/ITX Developer:
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in healthcare EDI, ITX development, and enterprise integration.
- Proven, hands-on experience designing and developing complex EDI maps and transformations using IBM Transformation Extender/ITXA in a healthcare environment.
- Healthcare EDI Transactions – Strong knowledge of X12 transactions such as 270/271 (eligibility), 834 (enrollment), 820 (premium payment), 835 (remittance), and 837 (claims), including implementation, testing, and validation.
- Direct experience working with the IBM HIPAA healthcare package and applying SNIP rules to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Advanced skills in Java EE/J2EE, with experience building web services and integrations that consume and expose EDI data.
- Expertise in XML (XSD), XSLT, WSDL, and SOAP for defining, transforming, and integrating healthcare data.
- Exposure to 3Scale, Fuse, and OpenShift for deploying and managing services in enterprise environments (preferred).
