This role is pivotal in managing and administering a comprehensive range of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and plan provisions. Position Overview / Responsibilities:

Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including:
-
Medical, dental, life, disability, and 401(k) plans

Coordinate:
-
Benefits plan funding
-
Billing, audits, and reconciliations on a regular basis
-

Ensure compliance with:
-
Federal, state, and municipal regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA/ADA)
-

Serve as primary Tier 2 support for benefit-related inquiries via HCM ticketing system
-
Collaborate with:
-
Benefits vendors and internal departments
-
Maintain accurate benefits data
-
Resolve employee claim issues
-
Required Skills:
-
High School diploma or GED required
-
3+ years of experience in employee benefits administration
-
Proficiency in:
-
HRIS/Payroll systems
-
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong analytical skills:
-
Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages

Excellent communication skills:
-
Able to interact effectively with employees and resolve complex issues

Ability to manage multiple tasks of moderate complexity simultaneously
