IDR is seeking an Executive Assistant to join one of our top clients in Brentwood, TN. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive support to the VP of HR, ensuring seamless operations within our client's team. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant: • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. • Coordinate and manage complex scheduling, including meetings and travel arrangements. • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of integrity. • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with attention to detail. • Facilitate communication and interaction between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Required Skills for Executive Assistant: • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior-level executives. • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently. • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
