Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Inventory Coordinator: Manage and oversee the storeroom inventories, ensuring accurate stock rotation and expiration date management. Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of medical supplies, including handling vendor returns and resolving invoice discrepancies. Collaborate with clinical teams to forecast supply needs and coordinate special equipment for upcoming procedures. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards, ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Enhance and oversee the cycle count program and annual inventory processes.

Required Skills for Inventory Coordinator: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education/experience. At least 2 years of experience in healthcare supply chain or procedural areas. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in math and computer operations, with a focus on producing accurate work within established timeframes. Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements is preferred.
