Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Philanthropy Associate:
- Responsible for accurately processing complex gifts and pledges and completing adjustments received through philanthropic foundations.
- Updates biographical data in appropriate database and assist in coordinating and maintaining office activities related to the recording of gifts, pledges, resolving problems, and responding to a variety of inquiries from departments, and donors.
Required Skills:
- Accurately processing complex gifts and pledges requires a high level of precision to avoid errors.
- Experience with updating and maintaining biographical data in databases is crucial.
- Ability to resolve issues related to the recording of gifts and pledges effectively.
- Strong skills in responding to inquiries from departments and donors, both in writing and verbally.

Compensation Details: $24.25/hour w2
