IDR is seeking a Desktop Administrator to join one of our top clients in Gallatin, TN. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Desktop Administrator: Provide daily technical support to corporate users, ensuring seamless operation of PC/Desktop workstations, laptops, and peripherals. Manage and maintain asset inventory, ensuring accurate documentation and process adherence. Utilize a ticketing system to track and resolve technical issues, prioritizing based on user needs. Administer cloud-based licenses and manage building access key cards. Support video conferencing equipment and attend regular Information Systems Staff Meetings.

Required Skills for Desktop Administrator: Minimum of two years of experience in a technical support role, with a strong understanding of Microsoft desktop applications and operating systems. Proficiency in managing PC/Desktop and LAN environments, with experience in phone systems and components. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently. Proven troubleshooting skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple users is preferred.
