IDR is seeking a CDM Coder to join one of our top clients in California. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the CDM Coder:

• Collaborate with Information Systems to support applications and subsystems for order entry and charge processes across various disciplines such as laboratory and cardiology.

• Serve as a resource for staff throughout the health system, providing education on the Charge Master and charging regulations.

• Develop and implement strategic goals for the standardization and consolidation of charge/revenue systems.

• Construct charges promptly to facilitate the revenue cycle process and ensure Charge Navigators are user-friendly and accurate.

• Assist with Supply Chain Management to determine appropriate charges for chargeable items.

Required Skills for CDM Coder:

• Minimum of two years of experience in Chargemaster, Revenue Integrity, Auditing, Utilization Management, Coding, or Hospital Billing.

• Proficient in CPT, HCPCS Level II, Local Level III, and ICD10 coding with strong clinical expertise.

• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience with Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and competent in MS Office, particularly Excel.

• RN/LPN license or healthcare-related degree, with CPC, CCS, or relevant coding or auditing certification preferred.

Compensation Details: $61-65/hr W2
