Responsibilities for the Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist:
The Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist will work as part of a small, collaborative team supporting revenue operations and analytics initiatives. This hands-on role involves implementing and optimizing CRMs, web tracking, and automation to provide clean, actionable data and scalable systems for decision-making. We’re seeking a technically skilled, solutions-oriented individual with experience in marketing analytics, HubSpot, JavaScript, and Google Tag Manager (GTM). This is a client-facing role, and candidates must be comfortable communicating with senior leaders, including the C-suite.
Required Skills for the Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist:
- 2+ years’ experience within agency-side Marketing / Revenue / Sales Analytics – Supporting several external clients, simultaneously
- 2+ years’ experience administering HubSpot – Ideally Enterprise Tier instances of HubSpot
- 2+ years’ experience with GTM (Google Tag Manager) – Auditing tags, implementing tags, optimizing & improving existing tags
- Must have proficiency in JavaScript & HTML to write & debug scripts
- Experience providing data driven recommendations to external clients
