Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Operations Support Specialist:

Conduct telephonic interviews and provide outstanding customer service. Verify personal information and administer cognitive screening tests. Accurately document personal health information while ensuring compliance with regulations. Respond to inquiries regarding long-term care benefits and communicate underwriting decisions. Collaborate with our client's team to support operational measures and service standards.

Required Skills for Operations Support Specialist:

Associate's degree or equivalent experience in the healthcare industry. 1-3 years of experience in a medical office, pharmacy, or similar setting. Proficiency in medical terminology, particularly related to prescription drugs. Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and inflection to client needs. Excellent data entry skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
