Position Overview:
Our client is is looking for a motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist to join their Transformation Office. This role plays a key part in supporting our mission to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by improving operations and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare improvement, deep knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma, and a Master’s degree in a related field.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement (within a healthcare setting preferred)
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects within the Project Management Office (PMO)
- Certification required: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- Strong knowledge of PDCA (Plan, Do, Act, Check) cycles
