Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Campaign and Automation Developer:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute personalized and automated marketing campaigns, including Emails, SMS, Push Notifications, and Direct Mail.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms like Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and others to translate marketing strategies into effective campaign workflows.
- Manage project timelines and tasks using systems such as Asana, Workfront, or JIRA to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Partner with IT Marketing, Data Engineering, and Engagement teams to define business requirements and ensure data and creative needs are met.
- Lead meetings with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to discuss campaign development and personalization initiatives.
Required Skills for Senior Campaign and Automation Developer:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, or IT.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Marketing, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and campaign management systems, as well as Microsoft Office products.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines effectively.
- Experience with SQL is a plus.
