Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant, General Accounting:

• Collaborate with our client’s team to ensure compliance with SEC requirements and GAAP standards.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate data and support project analyses and completion.
• Engage in a flexible work schedule with a blend of onsite and remote work, ensuring alignment with team activities.
• Leverage your industry, public accounting, or internal auditing experience to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
• Contribute to the implementation of new accounting pronouncements and practices.

Required Skills for Senior Accountant, General Accounting:

• 3-5 years of experience in industry accounting, public accounting, or internal auditing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel capabilities.
• Familiarity with SEC requirements, GAAP, and new accounting pronouncements.
• CPA certification or candidacy is preferred.
