Position Overview/Responsibilities for the PC Technician:

Fulfill IT hardware orders and manage the shipment process efficiently.

Image new PCs and ensure they are ready for deployment, with a target of imaging at least 10 PCs per day.

Receive, update, and track IT assets, maintaining accurate records in the CMDB.

Conduct quality assurance and quality control processes on IT hardware to minimize issues.

Ensure IT assets are correctly assigned and organized within the system.
Required Skills for PC Technician:

Proven experience in imaging PCs, with the ability to handle a high volume efficiently.

Strong organizational skills, particularly in managing shipments and maintaining detailed records.

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in asset tracking and quality control.

Familiarity with IT hardware and asset management processes.
