Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Technical Support Engineer – Integrations:
The Technical Support Engineer – Integrations will provide technical support to administrators, technicians & product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex computer systems, complex software, integrations, or networked and/or wireless systems related to the ServiceNow platform. The Technical Support Engineer will act as a customer advocate in providing support to external end users & administrators of the ServiceNow Platform related to integrations issues.
- 2+ years' professional experience writing & debugging JavaScript code
- 1+ year of experience exporting/importing data between separate systems
- Experience with Web Services (SOAP or REST APIs)
- Must have experience supporting customers and/or end-users from a technical standpoint
- Experience within relational databases (IE: MySQL or Oracle)
- Understanding of Networking concepts including TCP/IP, HTTP, concepts of firewall, load balancer and ports
