Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Financial Marketing Specialist or IBD Contractor (Financial Services / Asset Management):
• Collaborate with business partners to support the ambitious goals of our client's distribution team, focusing on the independent broker-dealer (IBD) segment. • Lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives, including multi-channel campaigns, to enhance engagement with IBD advisors. • Develop and manage marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with distribution team goals and firm investment guidance. • Deliver and evaluate paid media campaigns across digital and sponsored channels, tracking performance and optimizing strategies. • Plan and coordinate in-person and virtual events to strengthen relationships with financial advisors and promote our client's brand.
Required Skills for IBD Contractor (Financial Services / Asset Management):
• Minimum of 3 years of financial marketing experience, with a focus on private wealth distribution channels and IBD firms. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute projects in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in data-driven marketing, utilizing analytics to inform decisions and optimize campaigns. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building positive relationships and collaborating across diverse teams. • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
