Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Technical Program Manager: Lead and manage multiple interdependent projects across various organizations, ensuring seamless integration and execution. Collaborate with global teams, requiring a flexible schedule with 2-3 days onsite in Nashville. Utilize your expertise in cloud-based infrastructure, including AWS, GCP, and Azure, to drive program success. Implement DevOps methodologies and tools, such as GitHub, Kubernetes, and Terraform, to enhance project delivery. Ensure adherence to security principles and deployment practices using CICD technologies.

Required Skills for Technical Program Manager: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, focusing on IT infrastructure and cloud projects. Proficiency in cloud technologies and DevOps toolsets, with at least 3 years of experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain composed under pressure. Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience; certifications in MCSE, AWS, GCP, and UNIX are preferred. Familiarity with serverless technologies and version control tools like Git.
