Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Services Delivery Manager:

Oversee the comprehensive delivery of services to designated clients or business units. Act as the primary contact for client escalations and service-related inquiries. Monitor service performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs. Lead and mentor service delivery teams to achieve operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.

Required Skills for Services Delivery Manager:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 5+ years of experience in service delivery, operations management, or a related field. Extensive knowledge of security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and EDR. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
