Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Marketing Specialist:

• Collaborate closely with the LoL Esports Brand Manager to create and execute innovative marketing strategies that captivate esports fans globally. • Manage relationships with external production and creative agencies, as well as regional esports leads, to ensure seamless project execution. • Oversee the workflow of multiple projects, maintaining alignment with brand strategy and creative vision throughout the production process. • Provide actionable feedback on content, scripts, and marketing assets to ensure consistency with the creative brief and brand tone. • Facilitate operations for the team, ensuring effective communication and coordination during brainstorming sessions, stakeholder meetings, and asset reviews.

Required Skills for Marketing Specialist:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning or creative roles within an integrated or digital marketing firm or advertising agency. • At least 2 years of experience in copywriting, with a preference for social media content. • Bachelor's Degree preferred. • Strong ability to interpret and validate marketing strategies, with experience in vendor collaboration and campaign execution. • Passion for esports and a deep understanding of the industry.
