Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Application Analyst: • Engage in a 50-week contract to configure, build, and support Epic modules, particularly for Compass Rose Specialty Pharmacy, Population Health, and Willow Ambulatory. • Collaborate with project managers, clinicians, and technical teams to design and optimize workflows for specialty pharmacy operations. • Participate in project planning, testing, and validation activities to ensure timely and accurate implementation. • Troubleshoot, resolve, and document application issues, escalating as needed to senior analysts or Epic support. • Assist with the integration of specialty pharmacy workflows into existing Epic infrastructure.
Required Skills for Application Analyst: • Minimum of 3 years of Epic build/support experience. • Certification in Epic Willow Ambulatory, Epic Specialty Pharmacy (Compass Rose), or Epic Population Health is strongly preferred. • Experience with pharmacy-related Epic projects, especially in specialty or ambulatory settings. • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and ability to translate requirements into Epic build solutions. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
