Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Lead Full Stack Developer:

Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of software systems, ensuring high-quality, testable code.

Manage and guide the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and collaborate with offshore teams.

Utilize SQL Server and .NET Core to build robust web-based applications.

Implement testing platforms and write unit tests to ensure code quality.

Work in an Agile environment, contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes.
Required Skills for the Lead Full Stack Developer:

7+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience leading small teams through full-stack application builds.

Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, and Java, with experience in REST API development.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
