Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Executive Director of Finance:

Lead and manage comprehensive financial operations across all of our client's healthcare entities.

Collaborate with the CFO and executive leadership to craft long-term financial strategies and operational budgets.

Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including performance metrics and variance analyses, to the executive team.

Ensure compliance with California healthcare financial regulations and oversee the annual budgeting process.

Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Required Skills for Executive Director of Finance:

Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience in a healthcare setting.

In-depth knowledge of California healthcare regulations and financial reporting standards.

Proven track record in leading complex financial operations and presenting to executive leadership.

Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration; MBA, MHA, or CPA preferred.

Compensation Details: $93-100/hr W2
