Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Executive Director of Finance:

• Lead and manage comprehensive financial operations across all of our client's healthcare entities.

• Collaborate with the CFO and executive leadership to craft long-term financial strategies and operational budgets.

• Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including performance metrics and variance analyses, to the executive team.

• Ensure compliance with California healthcare financial regulations and oversee the annual budgeting process.

• Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

Required Skills for Executive Director of Finance:

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience in a healthcare setting.

• In-depth knowledge of California healthcare regulations and financial reporting standards.

• Proven track record in leading complex financial operations and presenting to executive leadership.

• Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration; MBA, MHA, or CPA preferred.

Compensation Details: $93-100/hr W2
