Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Influencer Manager II:

Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements for influencers attending global events, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

Serve as the primary liaison for influencers, ensuring all travel needs are met with precision and tailored to individual preferences.

Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics with event schedules, ensuring a cohesive and efficient experience.

Maintain meticulous records of travel itineraries and expenses, providing clear documentation and communication to all stakeholders.

Support on-site event production, managing vendor relationships and assisting with day-of logistics.
Required Skills for Influencer Manager II:

3-5 years of experience in travel coordination, event logistics, or a related field, ideally within the entertainment, gaming, or hospitality sectors.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working directly with VIPs and diverse teams.

Proficiency in coordinating international travel, including understanding visa and entry requirements.

Familiarity with travel booking systems and a detail-oriented approach to service delivery.
