Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Production Planner:

Engage in a 5-month contract with potential for extension or conversion.

Review historical sales trends and research demand drivers to prepare accurate forecast data.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to refine forecast models and achieve consensus on operational demand forecasts.

Provide strategic input to the Supply Planning organization for inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.

Maintain and update demand planning systems, ensuring data accuracy and monitoring forecast error trends.
Required Skills for Production Planner:

Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including data analysis, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in production or supply chain planning, with a proven track record in demand forecasting.
