This role is pivotal in supporting the billing team with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within our client’s team. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Enrollment Coordinator:

Assist the billing team with various administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation.

Utilize mid-level Excel skills to manage and organize data efficiently.

Prepare and send out physical checks, requiring a keen attention to detail.

Perform office-level administrative duties such as faxing, scanning, and maintaining records.

Contract position through January 2026, with potential extension to March 2026 based on workload.
Required Skills for Enrollment Coordinator:

Proven experience in office administration and data entry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management tasks.

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing office duties.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience in healthcare insurance or billing is a plus, but not required.
