Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Engineer:

Provide technical support and innovative solutions to optimize manufacturing processes.

Monitor and analyze quality discrepancies, identify trends, and implement corrective actions for field complaints and defective parts.

Act as a liaison between the Design and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless operations.

Utilize SolidWorks or similar AutoCAD software to support design and manufacturing initiatives.

Apply knowledge of fabrication, machining, and standard manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills for Manufacturing Engineer:

Proven experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of assembly, machining, and fabrication.

Proficiency in SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma and continuous improvement.

Engineering degree is strongly preferred.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work onsite in Byhalia, MS.
