IDR is seeking a Service Desk Technician to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Troy, Michigan. The successful candidate will provide remote technical support to sites across the country, utilizing a ServiceNow ticketing system to resolve technical issues with computer hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment.
