Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Game Designer:

Design and develop captivating in-game experiences, focusing on player engagement and surprise.

Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to innovate and iterate on player-focused designs.

Mentor junior designers and refine development processes to enhance quality standards.

Work directly with the Lead Designer to create world-class content for The Path of Champions, a roguelike game mode.

Utilize Python scripting to implement production-ready designs and ensure seamless integration into live service operations.
Required Skills for Senior Game Designer:

Over 5 years of professional experience in game design, particularly with live service games.

Proven ability to work autonomously while aligning with the design direction set by leads.

Strong implementation skills, capable of prototyping and building sustainable, production-ready content.

Exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying concepts to remote and interdisciplinary teams.

Experience in small team environments, delivering high-quality player experiences with limited resources.
