Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Training Specialist II:
The Training Specialist II who can come into the plant/mill and conduct a Due Diligence of all the learning programs/articles across Maintenance, Quality, Safety and any other plant/mill-based training and track it on a form. The HR team has already done the maintenance training and capture, this person will need to meet with plant employees to capture the due diligence (reviewing and evaluating current training processes).
