Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Merchandising Coordinator:

Serve as the right hand to the merchandising team by managing product information, coordinating vendor meetings, and organizing product samples.

Utilize Excel for data management tasks, including VLOOKUPs and formulas, and create PowerPoint presentations for category review meetings.

Maintain accurate SKU information, including shelf tags, descriptions, and promotional offers, and ensure all marketing materials are proofed for accuracy.

Support the planogram process by managing pricing requests, SKU setups, and markdowns, and execute exit strategies.

Provide general administrative support, including managing email correspondence and coordinating brand/vendor meetings.
Required Skills for Merchandising Coordinator:

Bachelor's degree in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred.

Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and professional accountability.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to plan and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
