Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Office Receptionist:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.

Manage incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring efficient communication flow.

Support administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

This is a 3-month contract position with the potential for permanent hire based on performance.
Required Skills for Office Receptionist:

High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, demonstrating enthusiasm and energy.

Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
