Position Overview/Responsibilities for the UI/UX Designer:

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure accessibility standards are met.

• Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends and technologies to enhance digital presence.

Required Skills for UI/UX Designer:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for web platforms.

• Proficiency in Figma for creating design assets and prototypes.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a digital-first design approach and responsive web design experience.

• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and color theory.

• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
