IDR is seeking a dedicated and collaborative 100% Remote ServiceNow Administrator to join one of our esteemed clients! This role is perfect for individuals that are hands-on, consultative approach within ServiceNow to help with workflow design, configuration, and system setup, and streamline processes!

 

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the ServiceNow Admin:

This client is onboarding a new division to ServiceNow, and this role will support effective platform adoption—focused on ITSM and SPM. The ideal candidate will take a hands-on, consultative approach to workflow design, configuration, and system setup, helping streamline processes and maximize platform value.
