IDR is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join one of our top clients in Brentwood, TN. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator:

Provide department support for standard operating procedures, processes, file management, and financial reporting.

Coordinate and assist in the reconciliation and closure of financial and administrative documents.

Ensure timely processing and payment of invoices and pay applications.

Assist in the bidding process, store walk and warranty process, collection of notices, store construction document storage, new store address verification, etc.

Coordinate and assist with miscellaneous ad-hoc reporting, requested by leadership.
Required Skills for Project Coordinator:

2+ years of related business experience.

Bachelor's degree in finance, construction, or related field preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, with expert knowledge of Excel.

Working knowledge of Enterprise Network and Project Management Software (Projectmates, Procore, etc.) preferred.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Knowledge of construction and financial terminology.
