IDR is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk Management Coordinator to join one of our top clients in Sparks, NV. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Risk Management Coordinator:

– Support the department with a broad range of responsibilities that allow fellow department members to complete assigned tasks
– Execute shipping requests and help maintain data in the organization's Risk Management Information System
– Provide support for business insurance projects, including facility lease requirements, tracking/documentation, requesting certificates of insurance, answering questions, gathering renewal data, etc.
– This is a part-time position, with an expected 20 hours per week for a 5-month contract
– High school diploma or higher education is required

Required Skills for Risk Management Coordinator:

– Excellent customer service skills and the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet established deadlines
– Knowledge of Risk Management processes with respect to coverage placement, contract review, insurance compliance, claims management, insurance recovery, and other facets related to protection of company assets
– Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheets

Compensation Details: $31.43/hr W2
