Position Overview for the Salesforce Developer:
- Customize, develop, and maintain the organization’s Salesforce environment to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Design, build, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience.
- Leverage Salesforce tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver scalable, high-quality applications.
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce configurations to improve business processes and streamline operations.
Required Skills for the Salesforce Developer:
- 3+ years of experience (in the US) as Salesforce Developer working for enterprise or large enterprise companies
- Must have Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
- Proficient in core web technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
- Skilled in Salesforce development using Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and related tools.
- Experienced with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and system integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science related field
