Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Data Modernization Program Manager:

Lead the coordination of data modernization strategies, focusing on workforce development, data governance, and system enhancements.

Manage grant applications, workplans, budgets, and progress reporting to ensure successful project execution.

Oversee project status tracking, including the escalation and publication of status reports, and maintain comprehensive program documentation.

Support procurement and contract management, ensuring alignment with data modernization goals.

Facilitate communication strategies, including newsletters and town halls, to engage stakeholders and promote program initiatives.
Required Skills for Data Modernization Program Manager:

Bachelor's degree with six years of professional experience in business or information systems analysis or project management, including two years in a leadership role.

Proven experience in contract and grant management, with a focus on systematic analysis and project oversight.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and quality management processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
