IDR is seeking a Technical Producer II to join one of our top clients in a remote capacity. This role is integral to supporting our client's global engineering and operations teams in planning, tracking, and delivering impactful work. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Technical Producer II:

Serve as an administrator of our team's work management platforms (Jira, Airtable, Notion), ensuring they reflect current work, are easy to navigate, and drive visibility across teams.

Partner with engineering leads and managers to support our intake, triage, backlog management, and prioritization workflows.

Facilitate the scoping, planning, and execution of key technical projects, both planned and emergent.

Lead and facilitate key team rituals such as kickoffs, standups, retrospectives, and planning sessions.

Identify gaps and inefficiencies in our planning and delivery practices and work with our Production team to implement improvements.
Required Skills for Technical Producer II:

2-4 years of experience in a Technical Production, Technical Program Management, or technical project management focused role, ideally supporting engineering, broadcast, and/or live event teams.

Experience with work management tool administration (Jira, Airtable, Notion) and ability to evolve these platforms to serve team needs.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

Fluency in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid workflows including sprint planning, retrospectives, and standups.

Technical fluency, not as a developer or engineer, but with enough knowledge to effectively communicate with technical teams.
