Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Front Desk Associate:
- Greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately upon arrival
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage office access and security by issuing visitor badges and monitoring the logbook
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Assist with catering orders and setup for meetings/events
- Monitor and submit office supply orders through OneTeam
- Support and manage scheduling through the Magnet booking system
Required Skills for Front Desk Associate:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional attitude, appearance, and customer service mindset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and be proactive
