Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant Bookeeper:

Manage front office operations and assist with bookkeeping data entry

Maintain high attention to detail, data accuracy, and confidentiality

Learn and use internal software platforms effectively

Support leadership with administrative tasks

This is a full-time, in-office role requiring a commitment of 40 hours/week
-
The contract term is 6 months with a high possibility of conversion to a permanent role, pending performance
Required Skills for Administrative Assistant Bookeeper:

Bachelor’s Degree
-
Minimum 2 years of administrative or bookkeeping-related experience, including internships

Proficiency in Sage X3 bookkeeping data entry

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional appearance and reliable transportation
