IDR is seeking a Remote Recruiting Coordinator to join one of our top clients. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Recruiting Coordinator:

Support the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling, interview coordination, conference room booking, and candidate expenses

Promote a friendly and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process

Develop and coordinate timely interview schedules for candidates and manage any schedule changes accordingly

Assist with updating candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
-
Assist with conducting reference checks and initiate background checks as needed
-
Partner closely with Human Capital and Technology to ensure a successful onboarding process

Assist with ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects
Required Skills for Recruiting Coordinator:
-
Experience in a role involving multitasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Prior exposure to Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) strongly preferred

Extensive experience using Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to multi-task and prioritize, while taking a proactive approach and maintaining a strong attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to develop relationships with employees at different levels, work with various departments, and foster teamwork

Interest in developing a career in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
