Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Director – Tax Planning:

Lead a global team responsible for a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, restructuring, and cross-border planning.

Research, analyze, advise, and plan domestic and international tax issues.

Develop and implement tax planning initiatives, including oversight of reporting on various planning transactions via the annual compliance process.

Manage international staff resources involved in tax reporting for operations, including maintenance of earnings & profits, tax pools, and determination of available tax credits.

Monitor domestic and international legislative changes that may impact the company's tax position, including tax accounting implications.
Required Skills for Director – Tax Planning:

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate income taxation.

Significant experience in tax planning, M&A, research, and compliance in a law firm, public accounting firm, and/or large corporate environment.

Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity.
