Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:

Provide direct support to a Principal and indirect support to a senior executive

Manage highly sensitive, confidential information with complete discretion
-
Handle traditional administrative responsibilities including calendar management, travel booking, and expense reports
-
Coordinate and schedule meetings and events, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are available

Manage and monitor executive calendars, anticipating potential issues and communicating changes promptly
-
This is a 36-month temp-to-perm position, with the potential for overtime as needed
Required Skills for Administrative Assistant:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with prior experience supporting C-suite executives

Excellent written communication, organizational, and research skills

Ability to manage a high volume of work, prioritizing tasks and projects according to urgency

Proven ability to think critically, anticipate executive needs, and work proactively
-
Strong team player, capable of working with internal and external stakeholders in a respectful and professional manner

College degree preferred
