Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Scheduler – Data Centers:

– Oversee scheduling for data center construction projects
– Exercise creativity and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented problems on complex projects
– Review and interpret project plans and specifications
– Utilize 4D visual planning methodologies
– Travel to our client's location as required
– This is a direct hire position

Required Skills for Senior Scheduler – Data Centers:

– Minimum of four (4) years construction experience
– Thorough knowledge of scheduling concepts, principles, practices, and company software
– Strong plan and specification reading, review and interpretation skills
– Working knowledge of 4D visual planning methodologies
– Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Current driver's license
– Bachelor's degree in construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field

Compensation Details: $80,000 – 130,000 Annual Salary
