Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Service Desk 2 – Columbus Location:
– Respond to service desk telephones and/or emails, addressing user inquiries
– Create, route, and maintain incident records within a ticketing system
– Assist users in resolving incidents by providing guidance on software and hardware problems
– Identify, evaluate, and prioritize user incidents and complaints to ensure successful resolution
– Work under minimal supervision to research, troubleshoot, and resolve trouble tickets within established Service Level Agreements
– Participate in on-call rotation on weekends
Required Skills for Service Desk 2 – Columbus Location:
– 1-2 years of experience in a Helpdesk role
– Proficiency with ticketing systems
– Ability to lift heavy equipment
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Positive attitude and a desire to grow long-term with our client's team
