Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT & OT Systems Support Engineer :

Provide support and troubleshooting for IT and OT Infrastructure

Read, modify, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI codes
-
Maintain proficiency with Rockwell Automation software platforms like RSLogix 500, & 5000, FactoryTalk
-
Work closely with our client's team to ensure smooth operations

Required Skills for IT & OT Systems Support Engineer :
-
Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination
-
Demonstrated experience with Azure AD (Entra ID), Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
-
Familiarity with support and troubleshooting of IT and OT Infrastructure

Ability to read, modify, and troubleshoot through PLC and HMI codes
-
Professional certifications as appropriate

Solid understanding of Microsoft AD/Entra ID, M365, and Intune Autopilot
-
Proficiency with Rockwell Automation software platforms like RSLogix 500, & 5000, FactoryTalk

Compensation Details: $95,000
