Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Construction Project Coordinator:

Manage and oversee restoration projects, including fire, water, mold, and mitigation

Coordinate and lead project teams of 5 or more members
-
Ensure compliance with insurance, restoration, and construction industry standards
-
Be on call for 7 days, followed by 7 days off, with typical working hours from 7-5

Travel within a 2-hour radius around Memphis, with a company car provided
Required Skills for Construction Project Coordinator:

2+ years of restoration project management experience
-
Strong knowledge of insurance, restoration, and construction industry
-
Experience in managing project teams of 5 or more members

High School Diploma
-
Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
Preferred Certifications:
-
IIRC Certification – Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration
-
ASD – Applied Structural Drying Technician
-
WRT – Water Damage Restoration Technician
-
OCT – Odor Control Technician
