IDR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Workday Architect to join one of our top clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in Workday architecture and integrations, and play a pivotal role in optimizing our client's newly implemented Workday platform. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Workday Architect:
– Serve as the Workday subject matter expert (SME)
– Design and build scalable integration strategies that bridge Workday with existing third-party systems.
– Transition from legacy integrations to modern API-based architectures.
– Work in complex enterprise environments with multiple third-party systems and data dependencies.
– This is a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension.
Required Skills for Workday Architect:
– 5+ years of experience as a Workday Architect with a focus on system integration and enterprise architecture.
– Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, with a deep understanding of Workday integration tools and frameworks.
– Hands-on experience transitioning from legacy integrations to modern API-based architectures.
– Experience working with other HCM systems (preferably UKG and Kronos) and integrating them with Workday.
